A feles\u00e9gem \u00fczenete villogott a telefonomon: \"Ma sem vacsor\u00e1zol vel\u00fcnk?\" Ez volt az a pillanat, amikor r\u00e1j\u00f6ttem: valami nagyon nincs rendben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next morning, I had my usual coffee and didn't look at my leaves first. Instead, I wrote on a blank sheet of paper three <a href=\"https:\/\/coachlab.hu\/en\/blog\/most-important-questions-if-you-want-to-be-empowered\/\" title=\"The most important questions to ask yourself if you want to make a change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">questions:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why do I feel that I don't have enough time?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is every meeting really necessary?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who really controls my life?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first steps towards change<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az els\u0151, amit tettem: \u00e1tn\u00e9ztem az el\u0151z\u0151 heti napt\u00e1ramat. \u00c9s amit l\u00e1ttam, az sokkolt. A 40 \u00f3r\u00e1s munkah\u00e9t helyett val\u00f3j\u00e1ban 68 \u00f3r\u00e1t t\u00f6lt\u00f6ttem munk\u00e1val. Ebb\u0151l 22 \u00f3ra volt megbesz\u00e9l\u00e9s, amib\u0151l legal\u00e1bb 10 olyan, ahol val\u00f3j\u00e1ban csak \"jelen kellett lennem\". M\u00e9g a 15 perces eb\u00e9dsz\u00fcneteimet is bet\u00e1bl\u00e1zt\u00e1k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I realised: the chaos was not coming from outside. I created it, by taking it all on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How did I take back control?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Reallocating my time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El\u0151sz\u00f6r is, minden reggel kijel\u00f6ltem k\u00e9t \u00f3r\u00e1t a \"m\u00e9ly munk\u00e1ra\" \u2013 olyan id\u0151t, amikor senki nem zavarhatott meg. Eleinte \u00f3ri\u00e1si ellen\u00e1ll\u00e1sba \u00fctk\u00f6z\u00f6tt ez a koll\u00e9g\u00e1im r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l. \"De h\u00e1t mindig el\u00e9rhet\u0151 volt\u00e1l!\" \u2013 hallottam sokszor. De kitartottam, \u00e9s n\u00e9h\u00e1ny h\u00e9t m\u00falva m\u00e1r l\u00e1tszottak az eredm\u00e9nyek. T\u00f6bbet v\u00e9geztem el kevesebb id\u0151 alatt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A \"Nem\" erej\u00e9nek felfedez\u00e9se<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That was the hardest one. For years I thought the good <a href=\"https:\/\/coachlab.hu\/en\/blog\/how-long-can-you-stay-at-work-at-minimum\/\" title=\"What is the minimum length of time you should stay in one job? But I realised: when you say yes to everyone, you're actually saying yes to yourself. <a href=\"https:\/\/coachlab.hu\/en\/blog\/lets-be-more-flexible-and-productive\/\" title=\"How can we become more efficient and productive in our daily lives?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">your priorities<\/a> you say no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elkezdtem szelekt\u00e1lni \u00e9s amikor felk\u00e9rtek valamire, el\u0151sz\u00f6r magamt\u00f3l k\u00e9rdeztem meg: \"Ez val\u00f3ban az \u00e9n feladatom? \u00c9n tudom ezt a legjobban megoldani?\" Ha a v\u00e1lasz nem volt egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171 igen, akkor deleg\u00e1ltam vagy egyszer\u0171en nemet mondtam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Setting digital boundaries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/coachbp.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bevezettem az \"e-mail mentes\" id\u0151szakokat<\/a>. I only checked my mail three times a day, not every 5 minutes. And I put my phone on silent after 7 pm. At first I had panic attack-like feelings - what if I missed something? But I soon realised: the world wouldn't fall apart if I didn't react immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The breakthrough moment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three months had passed, when one Monday morning I noticed something strange: my stomach didn't cramp at the sight of my weekly calendar. My appointments had been halved. I was meeting deadlines while being home by 5pm on Fridays. And the most astonishing thing: my team's performance had not deteriorated, it had improved!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I realised that continuous availability is not really a sign of efficiency - but of <a href=\"https:\/\/coachlab.hu\/en\/blog\/you-draw-boundaries-or-epithe-walls\/\" title=\"Are you drawing borders or building walls?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Borders<\/a> the absence of.
